Back in the Room is designed for business owners and senior leaders who want to be more present at home, because work is taking too much of them. They usually come to me when they realise time is slipping away while their children are growing up, and they’re not the parent they want to be, yet.

You come out more present, with a framework of the parent you want to be. As a leader you undoubtedly improve all the time. This process puts the same care and attention into your home self.

It’s a package of one-to-one coaching over four months.
It begins with a free 45-minute chat. No pressure, just a conversation to see if we click. I’ll probably be armed with tea.
