About
Anna Puddick  - Coach (CPCC)

"Working 9 to 5, what a way to make a living..." If you just started humming Dolly Parton, we might be kindred spirits. I was always the odd one out. The dreamer. The wanderer. The one who couldn't quite fit the mould everyone else seemed to slot into so easily. I have ADHD. I've spent my whole life in a world that wasn't designed for how my brain works. And I know what it feels like to be told - directly or indirectly - that something's wrong with you. Nothing was wrong with me. I needed to grow to see it. My journey wasn't linear. Interior design. Project management. Two kids. Two stepchildren. A blended family held together with love and a lot of patience. Life's messy intersections taught me that the things that once singled me out as different - the curiosity, the restlessness, the inability to just follow the script - are now my greatest strengths as a coach. Here's the thing. If you've spent years trying to fit someone else's idea of how things should be done, you don't need another coach who's done exactly the same. You need fresh eyes. Someone who's never been inside the corporate maze. Someone who'll look at your situation with genuine curiosity rather than a set of assumptions about how it "should" be. That's what I bring. New eyes on your old patterns. I'm CPCC accredited and actively supervised by a senior Co-Active coach - so you're in good hands. But honestly? The credentials matter less than whether we click. One more thing. I coach with powerful kindness. That means I will absolutely call it out if I see you selling yourself short. The mother in me turns into your fiercest champion. And no, we don't have to meet between 9 and 5.

Why Coddiwomple

When I founded Coddiwomple, I was searching for inspiration. That's when a forgotten image I'd saved years earlier resurfaced on my phone.

Something about it had always captivated me. The image seemed to whisper an invitation - to embark on a journey with purpose, even when the final destination remains unclear.

The word "coddiwomple" felt like it had been waiting for me all along. And in that moment, Coddiwomple Coaching was born.

Your journey may begin without knowing exactly where you'll end up. But together, we'll move forward with intention, curiosity, and purpose.

My Coaching Approach

You know the moment a well-meaning friend or colleague gives you advice rather than just letting you speak? They're trying to help. But in your mind you're already thinking "I've tried that" or "that won't work because..."

Co-Active coaching is different. We hold so much space for you that you'll see perspectives you've never dreamt of.

I'm trained through the Co-Active Training Institute and I adhere strictly to the ICF Code of Ethics - confidentiality and boundaries are non-negotiable.
