Your First Paid Session - 90 minutes

Service Description

This one's a bit different. Before we dive into the real work, we spend time designing how we'll work together. You tell me how you want to be coached - when to push, when to hold back, what you need from me to feel safe enough to go to the difficult places. We'll also do some real coaching and introduce some of the tools we'll use together. Think of it as setting the terms of the relationship. So that everything that comes after it actually works.
